At New Returns, we work with retailers to take returned products off their hands and recover value from products they can no longer sell as new. Through our online platforms across Europe, we connect these products with new customers.

Every incoming product is assessed and classified according to its condition, with grades ranging from A, B and C to defective. You receive a monthly overview of these classifications, including the amount paid for each grade, so you know exactly how your products have been assessed and what you are being paid.
